Upper Back Reset

In this Upper Back Reset class with EkhartYoga I share a handful satisfyingly soothing poses to offer some welcome relief.

This restorative yoga reset is designed to help ease upper back tightness. It’s a great practice to open up the front of your body and tease out tension in the difficult-to-reach upper back area.
