Our bodies carry so much more than we realise. 

They are giving us messages all the time, but we’re not always present enough to notice and that can contribute to physical and emotional health issues. 

Last night in The Write Space we created intentional connection with our bodies through writing. 

Reflected on the stories we carry. 

Listened to what we needed. 

Honoured what we heard.
