“I have one-to-one classes with Paula and I thoroughly enjoy them. I find her teaching method simultaneously relaxing and challenging; it’s very soothing but at the same time she always makes me work hard, sometimes without me even realising! The end result is that after every session I feel massaged inside and out, which is wonderful. She also has a lovely cheery disposition and is a pleasure to be around. Highly recommended!”

Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner you can benefit from private one-to-one yoga lessons. If you’ve never done yoga before this can be a great way to explore whether it is for you or to gain some confidence in your practice before joining a class.

Your lessons can be tailored to your needs and goals. For instance, you might want to:

  • improve your mobility and flexibility
  • reduce stress levels
  • combat the symptoms of perimenopause/menopause
  • improve your posture
  • build more strength
  • spend more time focusing on certain postures than is possible in a group class setting
  • improve your overall wellbeing
  • simply take some time out for yourself

Or maybe you have a different aim in mind for your personalised yoga programme.

FAQ’s

After an initial no-obligation, free 15 minute phone consultation we can arrange an initial lesson and from there if you would like further lessons, a bespoke programme will be designed for you. We will work together over several weeks or months, depending on your aims.

Block booking is more cost-effective than pay-as-you go sessions. Also, with regular sessions you should start to feel the benefits of your practice far more than the occasional lesson here and there.

Lessons typically last an hour. If you would like 75 or 90 minute sessions this can be arranged.

Each lesson will include yoga asana (posture) practise, breath awareness and relaxation.

If the main aim of your practice is stress relief, then relaxation would form a significant part of your lesson.  As an Advanced Relax and Renew (restorative yoga) Trainer and Yoga Nidra (yoga sleep) Teacher I can also design a tailored restorative programme to suit your needs.

Costs and Policy

Costs are from £80-£85* for 60 minutes or £110-£120* for 90 minutes depending on the location of the session and the number of sessions booked in one transaction. (NB – *You can also split the cost with up to 4 other adults for a semi-private session.)

Payment in advance is required to confirm your session(s) and I operate a 24 hour cancellation policy. Please contact me here or via email for details.
